Far from the snarling beast of 'Where's Your Head At?', 'Raindrops' reflects house duo Felix Buxton and Simon Ratcliffe's occasional temperate output.
If their 2001 hit is a certified Creamfields anthem, the first slice of forthcoming album Scars is a tad more T4 On The Beach.
Beginning with tiered fuzzy loops and the light patter of drums, the verse quickly escalates into a blissed-out chorus of "On a lonely afternoon in June/I need you just like raindrops".
The production is padded out with beats featuring a healthily-weighted mid-range and the subtle use of AutoTune (if there is such a thing) on Felix's voice, but it's the song's standard rock song structure that ensures momentum is maintained throughout the Brixton pair's comeback effort.
Arranged in a verse-chorus-verse-chorus-bridge-chorus manner, 'Raindrops' never loses focus, making it the perfect soundtrack to an euphoric summer evening - in Weston-super-Mare.
