Dannii Minogue reveals Mariah Carey's rider

Dannii Minogue has revealed the extent of Mariah Carey's demands, that must fulfilled before the US singer will perform on The X Factor.

Thelegendary diva, famed for her elaborate requests, will appear onSaturday's show (8 November) to perform her new single, 'I Stay InLove', as well as joining the contestants to sing current UK No.1single, 'Hero'.

Dannii told the Daily Record: "Could it get any more nerve-wracking for the contestants? I think there's puppies and kittens being sent.

"Apparently,her dressing room is all going to be painted white and only certaintypes of flowers and candles and all that - I don't know."

ITN has reported that Mariah arrived at London's Heathrow airport with 27 pieces of luggage.

Yesterday, the Daily Record claimed that a covered walkway had been built between the star's dressing room and the X Factor set, in case her hair gets wet walking 10 feet to the studio.

She also demanded that an entire floor of the studios is cleared for her make-up, wardrobe and assistants.

The thing is this, we all live self-seeking lives where we're constantly trying to find ways to feel better about ourselves. We all do it to some extent I think, but some cases are more extreme and more public than others. Jesus came to turn the order of things upside down. He came to serve not be served. There is a small percentage of people (with big mouths) who keep saying how great X Factor is! Get out more guys! No one likes the show (apart from kids with dreams of stardom but no work/studies), if you want to achieve something in life, be prepared to put years/decades of struggle and not just some days/months with army of stylists/image consultants/PR people around them. That is why these singers are not TOP 1 singers (in the sense of longevity), they just get 'manipulated' NO 1.

Seriously don't believe anything about the X Factor to be true. It wouldn't suprise me if they were Dannii's demands to be honest. Until last week I thought the show was real but I've learned some interesting facts about that show. Won't reveal them as I wouldn't want to spoil it for everyone. Just take all X Factor news with a pinch of salt.

Typical that some people believe everything they read! Mariah simply plays on the hype of her demands; not seriously trying to be someone too big for her boots. If you ever get the chance to hear her on an interview she is very down to earth; and admits to taking the mick out of herself and playing to the press!!
