It's just hit the Cannes Film Festival, but for those of us whose Eurostar tickets got lost in the post, here's a brand new snippet from On the Road, Walter Salles' adaptation of the classic Jack Kerouac novel.

Oozing 1950s glamour, the clip features a captured moment on the dancefloor between Kirsten Dunst as Marylou, the girlfriend of beat generation adventurer Dean Moriarty (Garrett Hedlund), and Sam Riley as Sal Paradise, Dean's friend and the story's protagonist.

The movie is set to hit UK screens in September.
