Fanning plays Tessa, a 17-year-old girl diagnosed with terminal cancer, who is determined to experience some regular teen thrills before she dies. She stars opposite hunky British actor Jeremy Irvine, who is currently making a name for himself as the lead character in Steven Spielberg's War Horse.
