Stars come out for New Year's Eve
Robert De Niro, Michelle Pfeiffer, Hilary Swank and Ashton Kutcher are all set to feature in ensemble comedy New Year's Eve.
The movie is a sequel to the star-studded romcom Valentine's Day.
It will interweave the stories of various characters trying to navigate romance on New Year's Eve, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
De Niro will play a man dying in hospital, Pfeiffer a frustrated secretary, Swank the producer of the Times Square New Year's Eve show and Kutcher a man who hates the celebrations.
Glee star Lea Michele and Abigail Breslin have already been confirmed for the cast.
New Year's Eve will open in cinemas on December 9, 2011.
