Sir Roger Moore's incarnation of James Bond had the most on-screen encounters with women, according to a new poll.
With the 23rd official Bond film, Skyfall, due for release this week, dating site Illicit Encounters has surveyed the spy franchise and found that Moore portrayed 007 as a bigger lothario than any other actor.
Moore's Bond enjoyed the on-screen company of 19 women in his seven Bond films, with Sean Connery's Bond managing 15 bedpost notches in six films.
Pierce Brosnan finished third in the unusual poll, while current 007 Daniel Craig finished in last place - though anyone who has already seen Skyfall would know his tally is set to rise.
According to the survey, Bond has bedded 52 women in the first 22 films in the series, a far higher total than the average British male's purported notal of 9.3 sexual partners.
