The Rite tops US box office
Anthony Hopkins' The Rite has topped the US box office in its opening weekend.
The supernatural thriller took $15m to beat last week's number one movie No Strings Attached, which took $13.7m.
Jason Statham's action remake The Mechanic entered the chart in third place, taking $11.5m.
Seth Rogen's superhero comedy The Green Hornet dropped from second place to fourth with $11.5m.
The King's Speech held fifth place, taking $11.1m.
