It seems even Spider-Man isn't immune from the unwanted attentions of the jobsworth doorman! Or at least his alter-ego Peter Parker anyway.

In the first clip to be released from The Amazing Spider-Man, the much-anticipated reboot of the Webbed Wonder story, Parker (Andrew Garfield) is denied entry to Gwen Stacey's building by an officious doorman, played by John Scurti.
