Steve Morrow's arm break
Steve Morrow was the player who experienced ecstasy and then agony at Wembley on 18 April 1993. After scoring Arsenal's winner - and his first ever goal for the club - Morrow sustained his famous broken arm during the post-match celebrations on the pitch. It happened when Tony Adams tried to lift the midfielder on to his shoulders, only to drop him to the ground. The injury sidelined Morrow for the rest of the season, including Arsenal's FA Cup final triumph (also over Wednesday). Morrow became the first player to receive a winners' medal before a cup final when he was presented with his League Cup gong immediately before the FA Cup final. You could also say that the Northern Irishman is the only man to have been literally dropped for a Wembley final.
