He'll be enjoying all the local delicacies - including the kebabs
Cheryl Cole is planning on taking her pal, will.i.am, on a night out to remember in her home town of Newcastle.
The Call My Name singer says the town offers "one of the best nights out" and that to fully embrace the Geordie culture, she'll be "taking Will to Bigg Market for a kebab". Sound familiar?
She told The Sun: "No matter where I am in the world, someone always comes up and says Newcastle is one of the best nights out,
"I'm taking Will to Bigg Market for a kebab. I'm planning to take him out up there."
It's only fair, since Will took her to his home turf. She added: "He took me to downtown LA. That's where he's from, Boyle Heights. I'll have to show him what the North East has to offer."
Meanwhile, Cheryl also revealed what the Diamond Jubilee experience meant to her friend and how both of them were starstruck backstage at the concert.
She said: "Will was really cute at the Jubilee. British royalty is so iconic, it was like a fairytale to him.
"If that wasn't enough, he then met Paul McCartney. Will couldn't talk, he was so starstruck.
"I was a bit like that with Stevie Wonder. I was at the party for an hour and a half. Grace Jones came over and said, 'Hello'."
Will was so excited to tell fans about his Jubilee experience, that Cheryl reportedly had to take his mobile phone off him before he went on stage, fearing he'd tweet during his performance.
