Drake says hip hop will miss Lil Wayne

Drake has paid tribute to fellow rapper Lil Wayne, warning that the hip hop world will feel bereft without his "unique talent" if he's put behind bars later this month.
As previously reported, Lil Wayne is expected to get sentenced to an eight-month prison sentence for gun possession.
Speaking to Rolling Stone, Wayne's mentor Drake eulogised: "I think you'll miss everything about Wayne. I don't think there will be anybody like Lil Wayne ever again in hip-hop.
"He paralyzes a room when he walks into it - his wordplay, the excitement that he brings to his music."
He then warned the hip-hop community: "I think that for eight months a lot of us will have to work a lot harder to keep hip-hop as exciting as it's been for the last two years."
