Flo Rida offers to work with The Saturdays
The Saturdays may still be licking their wounds after missing out on their first No.1 single, but Flo Rida, the man who has twice denied them top spot on the charts, has offered to work with the British girlband.
Flo-Rida's 'Club Can't Handle Me' pipped The Saturdays' 'Missing You' to No.1 in this week's chart. Last year, his 'Right Round' single held off competition from the girls' 'Just Can't Get Enough' charity release.
The US rapper is keen to put any rivalry between the artists aside, however, and has expressed an interest in recording a track with the girl-group.
"If we could make a collaboration happen I would be up for that," Flo told The Daily Mail. "I don't know much about The Saturdays, but we put smiles on people's faces when we make music, which counts [for] more than getting [a] No.1."
We're sure The Saturdays would happily trade a few of those smiles for the satisfaction having of a chart-topper under their belts. Their next shot at chart domination comes later this year when they release their next single, 'Higher' .
