Slipknot death could be drug overdose

New reports suggest that the death of Slipknot bassist Paul Gray could have been the result of a drug overdose.
The 38-year-old was found dead in a hotel room in Iowa earlier this week, and now audio recordings related to the the incident have revealed more details of the scene.
According to TMZ.com, the emergency call placed by maintenance worker Mike Kellow states that the musician had a hypodermic needle and pills in his room, prompting Kellow to suspect an overdose.
Authorities maintain that no signs of foul play or significant trauma were found during the autopsy, although the cause of death will not be confirmed until toxicology test results are returned in the next four to six weeks.
Gray's former bandmates and pregnant widow held a press conference earlier this week to pay tribute to the star. The remaining eight band members removed their trademark masks as a sign of respect.
