Alec Baldwin's wife to launch her own TV show

Alec Baldwin's wife Hilaria Thomas is set to step out of her famous husband's shadow by launching her own fitness TV show.

The 30 Rock star admits that now his TV comedy is coming to an end, he is preparing to let his yoga instructor partner "bring home the bacon" by starring in her own small screen project.

Baldwin tells the Los Angeles Times, "With the show ending, this is a bittersweet day for me. But my wife is about to be in a yet-to-be-announced fitness/health show, and she's going to make a million dollars and be the next Jane Fonda."

Thomas recently stepped in front of the camera as a guest host on U.S. celebrity news show Extra.

Baldwin's hit comedy is set to finish after the conclusion of the current seventh season.
