Alec Baldwin 'to marry fiancee after Cannes'

Actor Alec Baldwin is planning to stay in Europe after the Cannes Film Festival in France and marry his fiancee, according to a U.S. report.

The 30 Rock star proposed to Hilaria Thomas earlier this year and subsequently hinted to fans they were planning a September wedding.

He posted on his Twitter.com page, "Anyone got a castle they're not using in September?"

But now editors at New York Post gossip column Page Six have reported that Baldwin will exchange vows with Thomas at a secret location in Europe when he's finished shooting his Cannes documentary.

An insider tells the publication, "They've been telling people they'll be spending time in Europe, and there's speculation they're going to get married."

The festival ends on Sunday.
