Alexandra Burke needs physio for injured shoulder

Alexandra Burke is consulting specialists after injuring her shoulder during a show.

The Bad Boys hitmaker took to her Twitter.com page on Tuesday to tell fans she had "pulled" her shoulder and added, "I'm in so much pain".

When asked by a follower how she had sustained the injury, she replied, "During a performance. Sleeping on it made it worst (sic), then rehearsals killed it!"

Burke scheduled an appointment to see a physiotherapist on Wednesday, but insisted her concerts this weekend will still go ahead as planned.

In a follow-up post, she writes, "(For) those asking, the shows I have this weekend won't be affected by this."
