Antoine Fuqua unsure 24 movie will ever materialise

Moviemaker Antoine Fuqua has killed the dreams of 24 fans hoping for a film version of the hit TV drama, insisting he doubts the project will ever materialise.
The Training Day director has confirmed he's no longer onboard the film adaptation - and he fears the move from small to big screen will never happen.
He tells IndieWire.com, "I don't think it's gonna happen at all, definitely not with me. I met with Kiefer (Sutherland), Fox (network bosses) wanted to do it, it was a matter of his schedule before he went off to do his new show (Touch).
"I don't think he was able to get a proper agreement with Fox. The time just passed, and I went off to go to what I was doing."
24 ended in 2010.
