Courtney Love loses control of Kurt Cobain's publicity rights to Frances Bean
Courtney Love has lost control of her late husband Kurt Cobain's publicity rights to the couple's only child.
According to sealed documents obtained by The Fix.com, Frances Bean Cobain has taken over the management of the Nirvana frontman's name, likeness and image.
The files allegedly show that Love, who been estranged from her daughter since 2009, agreed to step down as acting manager of End of Music LLC - the company in charge of handling the money generated from the late rocker's image - in 2010.
The move came after Love was loaned £1.7 million from her daughter's trust fund.
Cobain, 19, owns a 37 per cent stake in her father's estate.
