Cullum And Dahl 'Thrilled' At Second Baby

Jazz star Jamie Cullum and his former model-turned-author wife Sophie Dahl, have become parents for the second time after she gave birth to another daughter.

The pianist and singer broke the news to fans with a message on Twitter and said the baby, called Margot, had been born on Monday - just two days after her older sister's birthday.

He said the couple are "completely thrilled".

Cullum and 35-year-old Dahl, the granddaughter of legendary children's author Roald Dahl, married in 2010 and their first child Lyra was born two years ago.

The pair only revealed they were expecting again in November after showing off a baby bump at a Harper's Bazaar party.

In his tweet Cullum wrote: "On March 4th @sophiedahl gave birth to our second baby girl, Margot Cullum.

"She is healthy and gorgeous and we are completely thrilled."

Cullum recently signed a new record deal with Island Records and last month released his first new recording for three years as a free download, a cover of Cole Porter's Love For Sale, which he recorded with rapper Roots Manuva.

He is expected to announce details of a new album soon.
