Daniel Craig to be honoured at BAFTA/LA Britannia Awards

James Bond star Daniel Craig is to receive the top honour at the BAFTA/LA Britannia Awards later this year.
The actor has been named British Artist of the Year by the Los Angeles branch of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) and he will pick up his award during the annual gala in L.A. in November.
Kill Bill moviemaker Quentin Tarantino will also be feted at the ceremony after being named the recipient of the John Schlesinger Award for excellence in directing, and South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone will receive the Charlie Chaplin Award for excellence in comedy.
The gala will take place at the Beverly Hills Hilton in Los Angeles on 7 November.
