David Tennant to be a dad

Scottish actor David Tennant is set to become a father for the third time.

The former Doctor Who star's wife Georgia Moffett gave birth to the couple's first child, a daughter named Olive, in March 2011, and they wed that New Year's Eve.

Tennant subsequently revealed he had adopted Moffett's son Tyler, from a previous relationship - and now he has confirmed the couple is set to add to its brood.

Speaking to TV host Jonathan Ross, the actor gushes of the impending arrival, "It's lovely, very lovely. Very exciting."
