Elijah Wood fronts Tron cartoon cast

Lord Of The Rings star Elijah Wood has signed on to front a new animated Tron spin-off.

The TV series TRON: Uprising will debut in America next month, with the actor voicing the hero lead.

Also providing their voices for the cartoon drama: Mandy Moore, Paul Reubens and Bruce Boxleitner, who reprises his role of Tron from the 1982 movie and its 2010 sequel.
