Emilia Clarke's nude stage scene sparks security lockdown

New York theatre bosses have reportedly increased security at the new production of Breakfast At Tiffany's after fans took photographs of Game Of Thrones star Emilia Clarke naked during the show's debut.

The actress is playing Holly Golightly, the role made famous by Audrey Hepburn in the classic 1961 film, in the project, which previewed on Broadway on Monday.

Bosses at the Cort Theatre warned patrons of the venue's strict "no photos" rule, but it didn't stop audience members from taking shots on their cell phones.

As a result, managers at the venue have decided to step up security at the show, which officially opens on 20 March, according to the New York Post.

A source tells the publication, "On Monday, it was a packed house including a huge contingent of fans of Game of Thrones. What titillated the audience... was a full nude scene between Emilia and (male lead) Cory Michael Smith.

"She undresses him and he gets in the tub. She then goes offstage and comes back in a towel. She takes it off and gets in with him. So you don't see everything. There are bubbles strategically placed. If you're sitting in the balcony you can see a lot more."
