Ex-NFL Star's Home Trashed: Six Arrested
Six people have been arrested after hundreds of young partygoers trashed the New York home of a former NFL player.
More arrests were expected over the $20,000 (£12,500) worth of damage caused after the teenagers broke into Brian Holloway's holiday home.
It came after the former New England Patriots offensive lineman said he had agreed to press charges.
He said investigators had told him the number of people charged could end up in the hundreds.
Up to 400 teenagers attended the "party" on Labor Day weekend after word of the event spread on social media.
Holloway was at home in Florida and initially thought Twitter photos showing young people partying at his family's property in upstate New York were a hoax.
He realised they were genuine when he saw pictures of teens standing on the dining room table he bought with his Super Bowl winnings.
The star posted many of the images on the website helpmesave300.com in an effort to get them to come forward and take responsibility for their actions.
Only four of those in the pictures owned up to their actions and Holloway said other youngsters' parents had threatened him with legal action for posting images of their children.
