Jennifer Lopez's TV show heading to ABC Family

Jennifer Lopez has won a big TV deal - her scripted drama The Fosters has been picked up for a series by bosses at America's ABC Family network.

The show, which is executive produced by Lopez, will begin production this spring and will launch later on in the year, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The one-hour drama revolves around a multi-ethnic family mix of foster and biological kids being raised by two mums.
