Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake chose Italy wedding for food

Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake decided to marry in Italy to celebrate their joint passion for fine food and wine.

The pair jetted to Europe from their home in the U.S. to exchange vows in Savelletri di Fasano on 19 October, and now Biel has revealed why the couple chose the far-flung destination.

She tells Hello! magazine, "Well, we love to eat. We just felt like we wanted to have great food, great wine and a great time with friends and family."

Timberlake adds, "We love wine and we love food. I think this place is really special for us and the time we've shared thus far. Probably more so what Jess said - we just really love to eat and the Italians do it better than anybody."
