Jessie J ditching wigs over 'transvestite' fears

Pop star Jessie J is ditching her trademark catsuits and black bob wig as she fears the outfits make her look like a man in drag.

The Price Tag hitmaker shot to fame last year and her quirky image instantly became a hit with fans.

At recent public appearances and during her stint as a judge on The Voice she has increasingly ditched the look for dresses and her natural hairstyle - and she's confessed she was worried her outfits had become too manly.

She tells Grazia magazine, "I started to look like a cartoon character with the fringe and the catsuits. I ended up looking like a transvestite. I want to change my hair, change my style. I want to be allowed to grow."
