Jessie J refused entry to Essex nightspot

Jessie J's fame failed to help her on a recent night out - she was turned away from one of her old Essex haunts because she isn't a member.

The Price Tag hitmaker has topped the charts and stars as a judge on The Voice and is regularly spotted out on the town in London.

But she was treated like a regular member of the public on an evening out in her home county - and refused entry to an Essex nightspot.

Speaking on Friday night's The Graham Norton Show, she reveals, "They said it was because I didn't have a gold card but I am sure it was because I wasn't orange enough!"
