Kardashian mum countersues in facelift lawsuit

Kardashian family matriarch Kris Jenner is taking legal action after she was accused of tarnishing the reputation of a cosmetics company she endorses by undergoing a facelift.
The reality TV star is countersuing bosses at B&P Company after they alleged she breached her contract as spokesperson for their anti-ageing eye cream products by going under the knife.
In her lawsuit, filed last month in Ohio, Kim Kardashian's mum claims the surgery did not affect her eye area or her ability to promote the brand.
She also maintains B&P chiefs are trying to exploit her operation, which was filmed for her TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, to renege on their agreement.
Jenner is seeking compensatory damages and permission to keep the £190,625 advance she received.
A judge has yet to rule on the matter, according to TMZ.com.
