Kim Kardashian: 'Pregnancy is hard'

Kim Kardashian has opened up about her pregnancy, revealing life as an expectant mother has been far from easy but she is glad to have escaped morning sickness.

The reality TV star is expecting her first child with rapper Kanye West, who revealed their baby news on Sunday in front of hundreds of concertgoers during a show in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Kardashian subsequently confirmed the news in a post on her blog on New Year's Eve, which she spent with West at a party in Las Vegas, and she has now opened up about the details of her first trimester.

She tells ETOnline, "I wouldn't say that it's been easy... but no morning sickness... When people say that pregnancy is fun and they love it, I would have to disagree. I think from this stage on it does become easier and funner (sic) but it's just adjusting...

"Even my sister (Kourtney) has made it look easy, and it's not as easy as people think. It's a little painful. There's a lot of growing pains. But I have heard it's all worth it so I'm looking forward to that."
