Lady Gaga blasted by anti-gun group over controversial bra
Lady Gaga has sparked fury among America's anti-gun brigade after she decided to wear a controversial rifle bra in her first concert since the Sandy Hook school massacre.
The Poker Face hitmaker kickstarted a new leg of her Born This Way Ball trek in Canada on Friday and hit the stage in the outrageous costume, which has two fake guns attached to the front of her bra.
The concert was the singer's first since 20 children and six adults were gunned down at a school in Connecticut last month, and the insensitive move has been slammed by U.S. firearms control group the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence.
A spokesperson for the group, Ladd Everitt, tells The Sun, "What is the point of this gun porn? It's no different than a guy who poses with an assault rifle to look tough or send out a political message.
"You'd hope Lady Gaga would have a better sense of judgement. We would ask her to consider the influence she wields over many people and to use that power responsibly."
