Land Pizza Hut Job - In 140 Seconds Or Less
Pizza Hut is hiring - but potential candidates are being given just 140 seconds in which to sell themselves.
The US restaurant chain is looking for a social media manager - or as the company puts it a "manager of digital greatness".
The firm is offering people less than three minutes in which to convince executives they are the right person for the job.
Pizza Hut believes if the successful candidate can impress the firm in 140 seconds, then they can impress the public in 140 characters on places like Twitter.
The advert, which is running on YouTube, asks potential employees: "Do you think in 140 characters? Are you the keeper of the hashtags and master of memes?
"If you dare to call yourself a social media maven and pop culture guru, then you might just be what we're looking for."
But anyone interested in applying will have to make their way to Austin, Texas, where this year's SXSW festival is being held.
SXSW - or South By Southwest - is a set of film, interactive, and music festivals and conferences that take place every spring.
Anyone making the trek to the Pizza Hut outlet at the Austin Hilton on March 10 can be interviewed for the position.
Candidates can then "show and tell us in 140 seconds why you're the one to fill the shoes for our coveted manager of digital greatness position".
It said the successful applicant would then "own Pizza Hut's conversation strategy and advertising across all digital platforms".
The ad concludes: "Think you've got what it takes? We're waiting."
