Lara Pulver typecast after nude Sherlock scene

Lara Pulver's raunchy scenes in TV show Sherlock caused such a stir, she now only receives scripts for parts requiring her to strip off.

The True Blood beauty appeared naked bar her high heels and diamonds in an acclaimed episode of the hit series, leading to more than a 100 complaints to the BBC because it aired before the 9pm watershed.

While Pulver was delighted to play a dominatrix who gets the better of Benedict Cumberbatch's Sherlock, she admits it has changed the type of roles she is offered.

She tells the Radio Times, "I take my clothes off for a minute and a half and everyone suddenly goes, 'Oh great, she's an actress who will take her clothes off. We can't get Kate Winslet. Let's see if Lara Pulver will do a swinger movie.'"
