Leandro Penna reveals reasons behind Katie Price split

Leandro Penna has opened up about his split from Katie Price and branded the reality star "crazy".

The glamour model-turned-businesswoman has dated the Argentinian hunk since they met at Sir Elton John's Oscars party in Los Angeles last year, and they became engaged in April.

It emerged earlier this week that they had decided to go their separate ways, but Price was adamant they remained the "best of friends".

However, Penna has hit back at the reality TV star's claims in a magazine interview in his South American homeland - insisting he left because he could no longer deal with Price's behaviour.

In the chat with Caras magazine, he says, "I left her simply because she is crazy. Katie's brain is not wired right, or the wires don't connect properly.

"I don't know what's wrong with her. I was thinking it over recently and one day I packed my bags and left. There was nothing else I could do."
