Lianne La Havas heading back on tour after health scare

Lianne La Havas is preparing to head back out on tour next week after recovering from a serious kidney infection.

The singer was forced to scrap a number of shows when she was hospitalised over the weekend and she cancelled another slew of concerts this week to allow herself time to get better.

La Havas has now announced she will be back on the road next Wednesday for a gig in Bournemouth, England.

A statement from her representative reads, "Lianne is out of hospital and very keen to get back on the road, the tour will now commence on the 17th October 2012 at The Fire Station in Bournemouth. All tickets purchased for Lianne's earlier dates will be valid for the rescheduled shows beginning February 28th 2013 at Junction in Cambridge."

The scrapped concerts, including stops in London, Leeds and Dublin, have been rescheduled for next year.
