Liza Minnelli marks 67th birthday with Alan Cumming reunion

Liza Minnelli has reunited with her close friend Alan Cumming for a special two-night concert in celebration of her 67th birthday.

The veteran entertainer and The Good Wife star performed a medley of hits from Cabaret, for which Minnelli won an Academy Award, before singing a string of classics from both of their repertoires at the show in New York on Wednesday, a day after she reached the milestone.

The performance, which is repeated on Thursday, was a reprisal of the pair's sell-out show last summer at Ice Palace nightclub on Fire Island, off the coast of New York.
