Madness axe Australian festival set

Madness have pulled out of a music festival in Australia in March due to scheduling conflicts.

The Our House hitmakers were set to perform at the Byron Bay Bluesfest alongside Robert Plant, Paul Simon, Santana and Iggy Pop, but new touring commitments have forced them to axe their set.

A statement from the festival's organisers reads, "Unfortunately and with great regret we have to announce that Madness are not able to perform at Bluesfest in 2013 due to a change in their international touring."
