Madonna hits back over Barack Obama comment

Madonna has clarified comments she made about U.S. President Barack Obama after branding the American leader a "black Muslim" during a recent concert.
The Material Girl gave her backing to President Obama as he fights for a second term in the White House during her show in Washington, D.C. on Monday.
After comparing him to Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King, Jr. in a video montage, the singer - who had 'Obama' written on her back - told the audience, "Y'all better vote for f**king Obama, OK? For better or for worse, all right? We have a black Muslim in the White House.
"That's some amazing s**t. It means there is hope in this country. And Obama is fighting for gay rights, so support the man, godd**nit."
However, following a backlash over her remarks, Madonna insists she was merely mocking some right-wing factions who believe the politician is a follower of Islam.
A statement from the star reads, "I was being ironic on stage. Yes, I know Obama is not a Muslim - though I know that plenty of people in this country think he is. And what if he were?
"The point I was making is that a good man is a good man, no matter who he prays to. I don't care what religion Obama is - nor should anyone else in America."
what do you think?

Simon .
once again this "woman" opens her mouth to preach politics to her audience.Someone needs to shut this woman up. People go to see her to hear her (so called) music, not hear her political views, moronic... I mean "ironic" or not.
