Matt Bellamy jumped on the tube to get to BRITs

Muse rocker Matt Bellamy stunned onlookers in London on Wednesday by taking a tube train to the BRIT Awards to beat the heavy traffic.
The star's band kicked off the music prizegiving at the O2 Arena with a firework-filled performance of their anthem Supremacy, and Bellamy used public transport to ensure he wasn't late for the big gig.
The frontman posted pictures of himself outside a London Underground station with the caption, "Heading to BRITs by tube, beat the traffic!"
He then uploaded shots documenting his journey, as well as a picture of him posing with two fans outside the venue.
Bellamy, who grew up in Devon, told fans, "This couple kept me company on journey, fellow Devon boy!"
The rocker wasn't the only star who took the tube to the south-east London venue - double BRIT Award nominee Olly Murs was forced to abandon his chauffeur-driven car due to heavy traffic and race to the ceremony on the underground to avoid being late.
