Matthew McConaughey lands Sexiest Dad honour

Newlywed Matthew Mcconaughey has topped a new online Father's Day poll to find Hollywood's sexiest dad.

The Texan father-of-two, who wed fiancee Camila Alves last weekend, has claimed 21 per cent of the vote in movie website Fandango.com's timely countdown - five per cent more than second-placed Brad Pitt.

Johnny Depp is a close third, while Mark Wahlberg and Chris Hemsworth round out the top five.

Also making the top 10: Will Smith, Matt Damon, Denzel Washington, Hugh Jackman and Tom Cruise, who came in 10th with four per cent of the vote.

Father's Day around the world falls on Sunday.
