Miranda Kerr back to work after car smash

Australian model Miranda Kerr has returned to work following a car accident in Los Angeles on Monday.

The Victoria's Secret stunner was hospitalised after suffering whiplash and back injuries when the vehicle she was a passenger in was hit by an alleged drunk driver, and she was fitted with a neck brace to aid her recovery.

Kerr subsequently assured followers she was "on the mend" and she put the smash behind her on Thursday when she returned to work, taking part in a photoshoot for her Kora Organics skincare line.

The beauty posted a picture of herself to her Twitter.com page and added, "Easing back into work and shooting for Kora Organics taking it one day at a time..."

A man has been arrested in connection with the crash and is expected to be charged by police.
