Missing Olympics Torchbearer Is Found

An Ethiopian teenager who went missing hours after taking part in the Olympic torch relay has been found by police.
Natnael Yemane, 15, was last seen leaving his hotel at 9.15pm on Thursday having earlier carried the torch during the Nottinghamshire stretch of the route.
His disappearance prompted police to launch a missing person appeal, but officers found him safe and well in Nottingham last night - around 24 hours after he vanished.
Nottinghamshire Police were concerned as Mr Yemane does not speak very good English and is not thought to be street-wise.
He was one of 20 young people selected to take part in the torch relay through Locog's International Inspiration programme.

Did have to laugh at this one; a teenager from Eithiopia not being 'streetwise' - if you're not streetwise in Eithiopia you are dead; and the fact police were concerned because he speaks very little english - yeah like 90% of the immigrants currently living here!

What on earth was he doing taking part? I thought that this supposed honour was reserved for the inhabitants of the host country.
