Mumford & Sons continue gigging despite singer's broken hand
Mumford & Sons are refusing to let frontman Marcus Mumford's broken hand ruin their summer - the band has drafted in two replacements for their injured singer.
The group cancelled appearances at festivals in Denmark and Sweden at the weekend, but the bandmates have assured fans that upcoming shows in Germany, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal and Spain will go ahead as scheduled.
A statement from the group reads: "The band have been working every minute they can over this past week with two old tour friends, Harry Cargill on guitar and Chris Maas on drums, to rehearse a set that will be sonically as close as possible to what you expect from a Mumford & Sons gig.
Mumford is expected to be fit and ready for the band's U.S. tour in August.
