Olympian Bradley Wiggins rocks out with Paul Weller

Rocker Paul Weller took to the stage to perform with Olympic hero Bradley Wiggins at a benefit gig in London this week.

The former The Jam star headlined the concert at London's Hammersmith Apollo venue in aid of homeless charity Crisis on Tuesday night, and he thrilled fans by introducing a special guest during the encore.

Weller brought out gold medal-winning cyclist Wiggins, who played guitar with the star on hit track That's Entertainment.

Other guests to appear on stage with Weller during the gig included singer Emeli Sande and rocker Miles Kane.

Wiggins' rock performance tops an amazing year for the sportsman, who won the 2012 Tour de France as well as triumphing at the London Olympics, and he was also named BBC Sports Personality of the Year at a ceremony on Sunday.
