Perry Offers To Write Clinton Campaign Song
Katy Perry has offered to write a campaign song for former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
The Firework singer made her offer after meeting the politician at a media event for her new book Hard Times.
Perry tweeted: "I told @hillaryclinton that I would write her a 'theme' song if she needs it ..."
She also posted a photo on Instagram of the pair posing together.
Ms Clinton has maintained she has no firm plans to run for president any time soon but has told ABC News' Diane Sawyer that she will make a firm decision on the 2016 election by the "end of the year".
And if she does enter the running, it seems she may have already chosen a track.
"Well that's not a Hard Choice. You already did! Keep letting us hear you Roar," she replied to Perry on Twitter, referring to the pop star's 2013 single which reached number one in the UK and US.
Perry has sold over 81 million records worldwide and has been a public supporter of President Barack Obama.
