Pregnant Joanna Page sobbed over terrible morning sickness

Welsh actress Joanna Page regularly broke down in tears during the early stages of her pregnancy as she struggled to deal with extreme morning sickness.

The Love Actually star announced in September that she and her actor husband James Thornton were set to become first-time parents in 2013 - but her first trimester was far from smooth.

Page reveals she spent "all day" being sick for the first four months of her pregnancy, and would often cry over her ill health.

The actress tells the Daily Mail, "It was horrendous. I was sick all day. I was aching all over, as if I had the flu. I used to come down the stairs and go into the garden and cry as I could not take it any more. It was like the worst-ever hangover every day. It was really, really horrible but there was nothing I could do."
