Pregnant Kristen Bell hosts baby shower

Pregnant actress Kristen Bell celebrated the impending arrival of her first child by throwing a baby shower on Saturday.

The mother-to-be invited friends including actress Rachel Bilson and her House of Lies co-stars Ben Schwartz and Josh Lawson to the party at a private residence in Los Feliz, California.

Bell has not yet revealed the tot's gender, but she is seen opening a pink gift box in a photo posted on Twitter.com by one of her guests, writer/comedian Kelly Oxford.

In the snap, the Forgetting Sarah Marshall star pulls a funny face as she poses with one of her presents - a breast pump.

The baby, due in the spring, will be the first for Bell and her funnyman fiance Dax Shepard.
