Reunited Steps land number one spot

Reunited pop group Steps have sealed their comeback by landing the top spot on the album chart.

The five-piece originally split in 2001, but got back together to film a TV series about their pop heyday and subsequently decided to re-group for a string of concerts and the release of their greatest hits, The Ultimate Collection, which has debuted at number one.

Rockers Evanescence enter at four with their self-titled album, behind singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran's + at two and Adele's 21 at three.

In the singles chart, Rihanna has scored a second week in pole position with We Found Love, while Adam Levine is celebrating a double feature in the top three - his band Maroon 5 remain at two with Moves Like Jagger, while his collaboration with Gym Class Heroes, Stereo Hearts, is new in third place.
