The 82-year-old star will be presented with the award at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) TV Awards in London on 27 May.
The fellowship, which is awarded for "outstanding and exceptional contribution to television", recognises Harris' six-decade career as a singer, painter and TV presenter.
