Rosamund Pike's London house burgled

Actress Rosamund Pike's London home was raided by burglars while she was on the campaign trail for her new film Jack Reacher.

The Pride and Prejudice beauty has been on a whirlwind round of interviews and red carpet events to promote her new action movie with Tom Cruise.

And thieves took the chance to break into Pike's home in Kensington, West London while she was away.

During an interview on Thursday, she told reporters, "It's pretty hectic at the moment, being burgled, new baby, film."

She shares the home with businessman boyfriend Robie Uniacke and their baby son Solo. It is not known if anyone was at home at the time of the burglary.
